Wan Xin graduated with Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from Cardiff University in 2019. She obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice on first attempt in 2021. Following the completion of her 9-month pupillage at a corporate law firm in Selangor, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in early 2023.

Wan Xin has advised clients across varied industries, including government and public sectors, venture capital firm, banking, solar energy, agricultural, pharmaceutical, food and beverages, premium clothing, shoes and bag retails, trading entities in used motorcycles, manufacturing, data centre business solution provider, software and technology sectors, ESG consulting firm, among others.

She has diverse experiences ranging from corporate matters such as venture capital investment, mergers & acquisitions, cross-border transactions, restructuring, joint venture exercises, capital market advisory; commercial and operational agreements drafting and review; energy and technology law advisory; regulatory compliance including licensing advisory and submissions; to IP licensing, advisory and registration matters.
