Ho Eng is a senior associate in the firm’s dispute resolution and employment law practice group. He graduated with a LLB (Hons) from King’s College London after receiving the Malaysian Law Scholarship awarded by the University of London International Programmes. He was also a recipient of the Cambridge Outstanding Learner Award, Top in the World for Law (AS Level). He was admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court in 2020.

Ho Eng joined the firm in 2022 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2026.

He has been involved in a wide variety of employment matters, ranging from employment due diligence,  to representing employers in unfair dismissal claims and in civil claims. Ho Eng also advises clients on restructuring exercises, managing misconduct and poor performance, human resources policies, pandemic related issues, and risk mitigation measures to minimise employment disputes. He has experience in commercial litigation, having also acted for companies in disputes involving breach of contract and fraud.
