Kimberley is an associate in the firm’s employment law and disputes practice. She read law at Cardiff University, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), and went on to complete the Bar Professional Training Course and a Master of Laws. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Middle Temple) in 2021 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in March 2023. She is also an accredited Mediator with the Malaysian International Mediation Centre (MIMC).

Before joining the Firm, Kimberley handled a broad range of dispute resolution matters, including construction, land, family and estate disputes, as well as general and banking litigation. Her banking work covered debt recovery, execution proceedings, and both conventional and Islamic banking disputes.

Kimberley shares the Firm’s commitment to integrity, innovation and people, as demonstrated in our core values.
