With a background focused in the corporate and commercial disciplines, George has actively engaged in a multitude of corporate financing and advisory undertakings. His extensive experience encompasses equity financing initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and real estate transactions, among a diverse array of other matters. George’s clientele spans a wide spectrum, encompassing public-listed corporations, both domestic and international institutions, non-governmental organizations, global sports federation governing bodies, as well as high growth startups.
George was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2019 as a member of the Honourable Society of the Lincoln’s Inn and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2020.
