Jace is an associate in the firm’s employment law practice. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class) from the University of Reading and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2020.
She began her career in a leading dispute resolution firm, where she handled employment and industrial relations disputes, judicial review proceedings, and commercial litigation.
Jace’s experience also spans in-house roles. She served as an Employee Relations Advisor at a global tech company, leading workplace investigations across the Asia-Pacific region and advising on complex employment issues. She later became Senior Legal Counsel at a tech mobility company, supporting multiple jurisdictions on regulatory compliance, strategic initiatives, and engagement with regulators.
With this blend of private practice and corporate experience, Jace brings a practical, business-focused perspective to employment law. Guided by the firm’s values of innovation and excellence, she provides clear, commercially attuned advice tailored to today’s fast-evolving workplace.
