Kit Yi has been involved in a range of employment and disputes matters, including representing both employers and employees in unfair dismissal claims at the Industrial Court. She has also advised clients on employment law compliance. Prior to joining Donovan & Ho, she was an associate in a boutique dispute resolution firm.
She resonates strongly with the firm’s core values of excellence and innovation. She believes that continuous growth in knowledge, paired with the ability to approach challenges from fresh perspectives, enables her to deliver high-quality, thoughtful legal work.
Kit Yi graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Liverpool in 2019. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Middle Temple) in 2021 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2022.
