About the Role – Employment Associate (Litigation)
We are looking for a dedicated lawyer to join our highly regarded employment practice group as an employment litigation associate. In this role, you will handle a range of employment and industrial relations disputes, from unfair dismissal claims to employment-related civil claims. You will also occasionally support clients on pre-dispute advisory, giving practical, business-oriented advice on workplace issues. This is a hands-on role with direct client exposure, fast learning, and real responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Representing employers in unfair dismissal claims at the Industrial Court, as well as handling related appeals and judicial reviews.
- Representing employers in other types of employment disputes, including
civil claims and labour office matters.
- Providing pre-dispute advisory on matters relating to misconduct or poor performance, including advising on domestic inquiries and performance improvement plans.

Advising on allegations of constructive dismissal.
