- Acting for a proprietor and successfully regaining possession over property which was unlawfully occupied. (Sia Kie Won & Anor v SGI Corporate Services Sdn Bhd [2021] MLJU 1721)
- Acting for a taxpayer in an appeal against the Customs Appeal Tribunal. This was the first High Court decision in Malaysia as to whether the Director General of Customs and Excise has the power to reduce or apportion input tax claims as a result of the abolishment of the GST system in Malaysia. (Nobuyasu Sdn Bhd v Tribunal Kastam Diraja Malaysia & Anor [2020] 11 MLJ 182)
- Acting for the main contractor in an arbitration involving the construction of a multi-storey retail outlet. Successfully registering and enforcing the arbitration award and resisting an application by the sub-contractor to set aside the arbitration award. (JY Creative Sdn Bhd v MEACS Construction Sdn Bhd [2022] 1 LNS 945)
- Acting for a shareholder in a minority oppression action, and successfully obtaining injunctive relief and search orders against the major shareholder.
- Acting for various clients in CIPAA adjudications involving payment disputes in the millions of ringgit.
