Sylvia is a Senior Associate in Donovan & Ho’s corporate and commercial practice group. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Leeds and attained her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2016. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2018.
Sylvia is experienced in a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, capital market issuance, cross-border financing and regulatory compliance exercises in addition to having a solid understanding in real estate matters. She supports clients ranging from multinational corporations to start-ups and small medium enterprises across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Donovan & Ho, and in addition to her experience in private practice, Sylvia was a Legal Associate in the Group Commercial Legal team of Standard Chartered GBS Sdn Bhd.
