Sean is a senior associate in the firm’s dispute resolution practice group. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford, St. Cross College, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hull where he graduated in the top 5% of his cohort. He is a recipient of the Routledge Law Prize, the Lionel Rosen Memorial Prize in Law, and the J Haydon Glen Prize.
He brings with him a wealth of experience having worked on construction, infrastructure and energy arbitrations, along with litigation involving debt recovery, tenancy disputes and judicial review. He has led investigations into tender processes, been involved in due diligence and contract drafting, and advises clients on risk mitigation measures. Sean has represented and assisted asset management and infrastructure solutions companies, construction companies and housing developers.
